Article Submission Guidelines

Follow these to ensure your article is accepted, ranks well, and delivers value to readers and publishers.

1. Content Standards

  • Original Content: Must be 100% unique — no plagiarism, spun, or AI-generated content without proper human editing.

  • Word Count: Minimum of 800–1,500 words (may vary per platform).

  • Topic Relevance: Must align with the publisher's niche (e.g., business, tech, health, finance, lifestyle, etc.).

  • Educational or Informative Tone: Avoid hard selling unless it's an accepted promotional piece.

  • Value-Driven: Provide actionable insights, tips, or expert perspectives — not fluff or filler.

๐Ÿ“ 2. Article Formatting

  • Title: Compelling, clear, and includes your primary keyword.

  • Intro Paragraph: Brief overview (40–60 words) introducing the topic.

  • Subheadings: Use H2 and H3 tags to organize content and improve readability.

  • Short Paragraphs: 2–4 lines for better user experience.

  • Bullet Points/Lists: Great for steps, benefits, or stats.

  • Conclusion: Summarize main points and, optionally, include a call to action.

๐Ÿ” 3. SEO Optimization

  • Primary Keyword: Naturally placed in title, intro, headings, and a few times in the body.

  • LSI Keywords: Include related terms and variations.

  • Meta Title (60 characters max) & Meta Description (155 characters max).

  • Internal Links: Link to relevant existing posts/pages (if allowed).

  • External Links: Use reputable sources (e.g., gov, edu, or high-authority sites).

๐Ÿ–ผ️ 4. Media Requirements (If Applicable)

  • Images: Include royalty-free or original images (with captions/credits if needed).

  • Alt Text: Add alt attributes with descriptive text including keywords.

  • Videos/Embeds: Only include if they add value and are approved by the platform.

๐Ÿšซ 5. Prohibited Practices

  • ❌ No duplicate submissions across platforms.

  • ❌ No spammy, adult, gambling, or restricted content (unless platform allows).

  • ❌ No excessive affiliate links or promotional material.

  • ❌ No keyword stuffing or misleading claims.

  • ❌ No poorly formatted, unproofed submissions.

๐Ÿงพ Submission Process

  • File Format: Google Doc, MS Word, or direct CMS submission (varies).

  • Author Bio:

    • 1–2 sentence bio.

    • Optional link to author website or social profile (if allowed).

  • Turnaround: Expect editorial review in 3–7 business days.

  • Revisions: Be prepared to make edits based on feedback.

  • Rights: Once published, the content may become the property of the publisher (unless otherwise agreed).
